Decision

Ottawa, 1 November 1990
Decision CRTC 90-1094
South Fraser Broadcasting Limited
Vancouver, British Columbia- 901853200
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1990-87 dated 12 September 1990, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the new FM radio station at Vancouver authorized in Decision CRTC 90-534 by changing the frequency from 94.5 MHz to 95.3 MHz.
The licensee indicated that the existing FM combiner located at Mount Seymour cannot accommodate the original frequency of 94.5 MHz because it would cause unacceptable interference with CJJR-FM Vancouver presently on frequency 93.7 MHz. Instead, the licensee has proposed 95.3 MHz which will provide the same coverage.
Alain-F. Desfossés
Secretary General
