Ottawa, 5 August 1988
Decision CRTC 88-499
Radio de la Baie Ltée
Dalhousie/Campbellton, New Brunswick -880431200
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1988-88 dated 2 June 1988, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the FM broadcasting transmitting undertaking at Dalhousie/Campbellton authorized in Decision CRTC 87-576 dated 20 July 1987 by increasing the effective radiated power from 10,000 watts to 14,000 watts and by changing the frequency from 102.7 MHz to 100.7 MHz (channel 264B).
The Commission also approves the licensee's application to amend the licence by changing the transmitter location from the present site (CN/CP) to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's antenna site situated approximately 1.3 km to the northwest.
In approving these requests, the Commission has considered the licensee's statement that these changes will not affect the undertaking's coverage area.
