Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1986-128 dated 29 May 1986, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for CKOA Arnprior, from 1 October 1986 to 30 September 1990, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
The Commission attaches particular importance to the development of Canadian talent and requires the licensee, within twelve months of the date of this decision, to submit a detailed report on the activities and financial commitments to be undertaken in this regard during the new licence term, including plans for the on-air promotion of Canadian talent.
