Okanagan Radio Limited
Penticton, British Columbia - 841367600
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1984-292 dated 4 December 1984, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CKOK Penticton by changing the frequency from 800 kHz to 780 kHz and increasing the day-time power from 10,000 watts to 20,000 watts and the night-time power from 5,000 watts to 10,000 watts.
These changes will increase the signal strength in Penticton, the night-time coverage to the north to include Naramata, and also improve the day-time coverage slightly.
