Following a Public Hearing in Hull, Quebec on 30 April 1985, the Commission approves the application by CHUM Limited for an English-language AM radio network licence consisting of CFRA Ottawa, CKOA Arnprior and CKOB Renfrew for the purpose of broadcasting all pre-season, regular season and play-off games of the Ottawa Rough Riders during the 1985 Canadian Football League season, excluding the Grey Cup game.
The Commission will issue a network licence expiring at the end of the 1985 season, subject to the conditions of licence specified in the licence to be issued.
