Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1984-152 dated 21 June 1984, the Commission approves in part the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CHUR North Bay by deleting the following condition of licence:
 It is a condition of licence that construction of the station be completed and that it be in operation by 1 July 1984.
The licensee has requested an extension of the deadline to complete construction of its station until 1 July 1985. However, in view of the fact that the licensee was originally granted a licence to operate this undertaking on 10 December 1981 (Decision CRTC 81-875), the Commission is prepared to extend this deadline only until 31 December 1984.
The Commission approves therefor the addition of the following condition of the licence:
 It is a condition of licence that construction of the station be completed and that it be in operation by 31 December 1984.
