Selon le Conseil, l’ambiguïté de l’alinéa 22 a) pourrait aboutir au déploiement de claviers qui ne servent pas le mieux les besoins des personnes handicapées. Le Conseil ordonne que l’alinéa 22 a) de l’ordonnance 98-626 soit supprimé.
