2003/12/04 - Décision de télécom CRTC 2003-82 Le Conseil estime qu'aucune disposition de la Loi sur les télécommunications, y compris l'article 43, ne prévoit la possibilité pour le Conseil d'émettre une directive générale obligeant les parties à rendre conformes tous les accords d'accessibilité municipale (AAM) en vigueur au moyen d'une série de lignes directrices semblables à celles énoncées dans la décision CRTC 2001-23. Le Conseil est disposé à examiner les demandes d'entreprises canadiennes désirant établir que la municipalité ne leur a pas donné son agrément suivant des conditions qui leur sont acceptables, car il incombe aux entreprises canadiennes qui déposent une demande auprès du Conseil d'établir que les AAM signés ne représentent pas une preuve qu'elles ont obtenu, suivant des conditions qui leur sont acceptables, l'agrément de la municipalité pour construire une ligne de transmission.
