Re: Application 2014-0594-4 – Condition of licence amendment – Approved

Mr. Spodek

The Commission approves the application by Bell Media Inc. relating to various broadcasting licences for the television programming undertakings set out in Appendix A to this letter.

Accordingly, the Commission replaces the current condition of licence in Follow-up to Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2013-310, Astral broadcasting undertakings – change of effective control – Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2013-310, dated 27 June 2013, which states:

The licensee shall enter into good faith terms of trade negotiations with the Association des producteurs francophones du Canada  and shall report regularly to the Commission on its progress in this regard.

The amended condition of licence shall therefore now read as follows:

The licensee shall adhere to a terms of trade agreement with the Association des producteurs francophones du Canada for French-language services.

The Commission’s files will be updated and will reflect the information stipulated in this letter of approval.

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available upon request for public examination at the Commission's central and regional offices. The Commission also requires you to append this letter to your licence.
