Programming will include biographies, dramas and sports talk programs focusing on athletes and the business of sports. Surrounding this programming will be Sports Vault's core show focusing on sports merchandise and collectibles.


The applicant suggests that no more than 25% of all programming broadcast during the broadcast week shall be drawn from programming category 7 and no more than 15% would consist of categories 7c and 7d.


Sports Vault TV will not air live professional or amateur sports events other than those it creates and produces. The applicant also states that it intends to create or produce no more than 10 original hours per week.

The Commission will only proceed with this application at the public hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, at least ten days prior to the hearing, that it is technically acceptable.
