Telecom Order CRTC 99-989


On 22 September 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 645, TCI Business Local Exchange Service Charge Waiver Promotion, to include customers in the city of Edmonton and to add a Condition of Service to require that customers retain their Business Exchange Service for a minimum six-month period in order to receive the promotional offer.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The application is approved effective 15 October 1999.
