Telecom Order CRTC 99-848
On 13 August 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item B-821(b), providing for one set of 23 Centrex loop extender cards located in the central office to extend the City of Laval's 9-1-1 service among four central offices.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed revisions to become effective on 3 September 1999 are approved.
