Telecom Order CRTC 99-795

 

On 6 January 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 2, amended by TN 2A dated 20 January 1999, for approval to introduce General Tariff Item 225, TCI Business Local Exchange Promotion, waiving the service charges, as contained in the former TELUS Communications Inc.'s General Tariff (Order Processing Charge; Network Connection Charge; and Customer Premise Connection Charge) and TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc.'s General Tariff (Service Order Charge; Central Office Charge; and Customer Premise Visit Service Order Charge), for small and medium business customers who choose to enroll in the promotion.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 5 February 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-110.

 

2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

 

3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
