Telecom Order CRTC 99-776


On 17 March 1999, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 43, Centrex Service, introducing Compucall on Centrex, an optional feature to Centrex Automatic Call Distribution which provides customers with the ability to integrate their Voice and Data Communications Systems in conjunction with their Call Centers.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 20 April 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-360.


2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.


3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
