Telecom Order CRTC 99-679


On 15 June 1999, Bell Canada filed, on behalf of NBTel Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 301, Digital Network Access, to change the non-contracted monthly rate for more than four DS-1 Accesses in Band 1 from $420.00 to $390.00 and the maximum monthly charge for 28 DS-1s at the same customer premises from $8,400.00 to $7,800.00, as well as to change the five-year contracted maximum monthly charge for 28 DS-1s at the same customer premises from $3,600.00 to $3,560.00.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
