Telecom Order CRTC 99-473

 

On 9 February 1999, Northern Telephone Limited (Northern) filed, for Commission approval, an application to modify its Internet Access service rates and to introduce two additional services to its Internet service portfolio.

 

File No.: Tariff Notice 97

 

1.On 3 March 1998, ViaNet Internet Solutions filed comment requesting that the Commission review the underlying components of the tariff item.

 

2.On 10 March 1998, Northern filed reply comment.

 

3.The Commission is satisfied that Northern has imputed costs at tariff rates for essential services pursuant to Local Competition, Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8, 1 May 1997.

 

4.In light of the foregoing, the Commission approves the proposed revisions effective the date of this Order.
