Telecom Order CRTC 99-450


On 21 April 1999, Northwestel Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 808.2, Centrex Service, to: 1) grandfather the rental of the MBS telephone sets for customers subscribing to the company's Whitehorse Centrex Service, as these telephone sets have recently been manufacture discontinued; and 2) introduce the MBS II telephone sets.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 21 May 1999 are approved.
