Telecom Order CRTC 99-429

 

On 15 June 1998, TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. (TCEI) filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff, to align the Equal Access tariff structure, including the rates, terms and conditions with those of TELUS Communications Inc., in order to facilitate uniform tariffs for TELUS services on a province-wide basis.

1.In Telecom Order CRTC 98-637 dated 30 June 1998, the Commission granted interim approval to TCEI TN 85.

 

2.On 8 September 1998, pursuant to a submission from AT&T Canada Long Distance Services Company (AT&T Canada LDS) (now AT&T Canada Corp.) for additional information, the Commission directed TCEI to file the additional information requested by AT&T Canada LDS on the public record.

 

3.On 23 September 1998, TCEI submitted the additional information for the public record.

 

4.No further comments were filed by parties in this proceeding.

 

5.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that the proposed tariff revisions be approved on a final basis.
