Telecom Order CRTC 99-350


On 12 March 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 505, Switched 56 Digital Service, amalgamating the Centrex-based data services of the former TELUS Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. under a common tariff, so as to provide standard Switched 56 Digital Service structures, rates, and terms and conditions of service throughout Alberta.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 May 1999 are approved.
