On 22 February 1999, The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay -Telephone Division filed, on behalf of Keewatin Municipal Telephone System (Keewatin), an application for approval of the Keewatin General Tariff, which has been reformatted to include housekeeping items, such as, change of font, tab stops, spelling corrections, and insertion of Uniform Service Equipment Codes instead of the existing rate codes. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
