On 12 February 1999, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval to delete Special Facilities Tariff Items 8, Television Service Between Europe and Canada, 9, Primary Rate Interface Access, 17, Commonwealth Games New Zealand-Canada, 18, Commonwealth Games New Zealand-U.K. via Canada, 34, Full Time Lease Digital Video Compressed Service to Australia and New Zealand, 35, 1994 Winter Olympic Games-Norway/Canada, 43, Downlink of Video Signal from U.K. to Toronto, 63, 1994 Commonwealth Games to the United Kingdom, 65, Reception and Transport of a Digital Video Signal for the 1994 Commonwealth Games, 66, Rearward Facilities for 1994 Commonwealth Games, 70, Broadcast: Digital Encoding and Transmission on PANAMSAT, and 71, Television Service from Hong Kong.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 14 March 1999 are approved.
