Telecom Order CRTC 99-198


On 5 February 1999, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1995, Microlink (ISDN Basic Rate Access), simplifying the tariff by removing services which do not have any customers, simplifying the rate table to reflect the fact that Microlink service is only offered in Bands A and B, and making reference to the appropriate tariff rather than repeating details of options which are available from other tariffed items.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 8 March 1999 are approved.
