Telecom Order CRTC 99-137


On 26 January 1999, Island Telecom Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 350, Service Charges, to introduce a time limited promotion which allows new or existing residential and single line business customers to install or relocate one wire module in their home or business without charge, where the new wire module is installed adjacent an electrical outlet, from 26 February to 31 May 1999.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 26 February 1999 are approved.
