Telecom Order CRTC 99-131


On 30 November 1998, Prince Rupert City Telephones filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 26, amended by TN 26A dated 19 January 1999, for approval of General Tariff Item 8, Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) Service, which provides for Unlimited Internet access via ADSL service to a residence or business customer.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
