Telecom Order CRTC 99-1181


Ottawa, 21 December 1999


On 2 December 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 235, Calling Features, increasing the monthly rates for business customers who do not have TCI as their primary interexchange carrier (PIC) at the time of billing. Existing customers that subscribe to any of the calling features in question and do not have TCI as their PIC will be grandfathered.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The application is approved on an interim basis effective 1 February 2000.
