On 10 December 1999, Bell Canada filed an application to introduce Special Facilities Tariff Item B-767, which provides for a diverse EEWD (enhanced exchange wide dial) access facility to an emergency response centre to operate in the event of a national emergency.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The application is approved on an interim basis effective 22 December 1999.
