Ottawa, 7 December 1999

 

On 29 October 1999, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of revisions to Section A of its Non-Basic Services Tariff, introducing a 155 megabit per second access service which will allow customers to either connect, via local OC-3 digital network access to a network-based service, or allow point-to-point connections between two locations.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The application is approved effective the date of this order.
