Telecom Order CRTC 99-1123


Ottawa, 7 December 1999


On 28 October 1999, Bell Canada filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 6403, amended by TN 6403A dated 9 November 1999, for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Item D-65(r), providing for a custom-designed DS-1 facility between the customer's premises in Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil and the company's Drummondville, Quebec central office.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The application is approved effective the date of this order.
