Ottawa, 22 November 1999


On 22 October 1999, TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (formerly known as BC TEL) filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Items 143, SmartTouch Services, and 168-A, Integrated Voice Messaging Service, adding the Call Answer with Combined Voice Mail feature to the list of optional features currently offered under the Business Three Pac Promotion.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The application is approved effective 22 November 1999.
