Telecom Order CRTC 99-1049


On 18 May 1999, NBTel Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of General Tariff Items 47.1B, Basic Canada Package (Usage Based) and 47.1C, Basic Canada Package (Flat Rated), introducing a new service package that includes local and long distance services and a combination of calling features and/or call answer and/or Internet call waiting.

1.The application was approved on an interim basis on 9 June 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-523.


2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.


3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:


The application is approved on a final basis.
