On 28 April 1999, NBTel Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of General Tariff Item 48, introducing the Second Line Package which includes local service, and one or more calling features, or a combination of a calling feature(s) and/or Call Answer for all residential customers who already subscribe to Residence Single Line Access service.

1.The application was approved on an interim basis on 2 June 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-499.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The application is approved on a final basis.
