Telecom Order CRTC 98-862
On 27 July 1998, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Sections 4.02, "Modalités de transmission de données" (Terms and conditions for data transmission), and 5.01, "Services de réseaux numériques" (Digital Network Services), of the General Tariff, phasing out the Dataroute Service as of 1 September 1998 and completing its elimination by 1 September 1999 as well as the enforcement of increased interexchange circuits rates for 1 December 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 September 1998 are approved.
