Telecom Order CRTC 98-830
On 24 July 1998, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the International Television Service Tariff and the Special Facilities Tariff to: 1) establish a simplified flat rate structure for the occasional use service; 2) reduce the rate for pre-emptible C or Ku Bands; 3) transfer Item 53, Earth Station (Occasional Use), to the International Television Service Tariff; 4) remove Item 19 of the Special Facilities Tariff - Discount Incentives for Full-Time Lease Customers; 5) clarify the conditions of application; and 6) make minor revisions and housekeeping changes.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
