On 17 November 1998, TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2085, introducing the Unlimited YAK PAK PLAnet Promotion, providing residential customers with the opportunity to subscribe, at a single monthly rate, to a package of services consisting of : 1) residential basic exchange service, including Message Relay Service; 2) a choice of any or all of the following services: Call Display, Call Return, Call Screen, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, 3 Way Calling, Message Waiting Indication, Call Answer; and 3) 100 hours of TELUS PLAnet Internet Service, from 4 January to 4 May 1999.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 4 January 1999 are approved.
