Telecom Order CRTC 98-1053
On 5 October 1998, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Items 325, Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) Access Service, and 326, ADSL Access Service for Alternate Service Providers, will provide the company or the service provider with the capability of providing high-speed data transmission on an individual line while end-users will simultaneously be able to have individual line exchange service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 4 November 1998 are approved.
