The Commission has received the following applications:
1. CONCEPTION BAY, Newfoundland
Application (882628100) by COMMUNITY CABLE LIMITED, P.O. Box 500, Bay Roberts, Newfoundland, A0A 1G0, to amend the licence for the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Conception Bay, by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute at its option, the programming of TVOntario, received via satellite as part of the basic service.
Examination of application:
Community Cable Limited 110 Water Street Bay Roberts, Newfoundland
Applications (883437100, 883488900, 883489700) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licences for CBDE-FM Brochet, CBDI-FM Poplar River and CBDG-FM Shamattawa as follows:
- by changing the program source from CBM Montréal, Quebec to CBW Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The applicant indicates that approval of this proposal will allow it to provide these communities with Manitoba programming originating part-time from CBWK-FM Thompson and part-time from CBW Winnipeg, Manitoba. The satellite feed remains unchanged.

3. PRINCE ALBERT, Saskatchewan
Application (882595200) by SASKATOON TELECABLE LTD., 2326 Hanselman Avenue, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7L 5Z3, to amend the licence for the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Prince Albert, by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee, at its option, to provide the programming of CFSK-TV (IND) Saskatoon, as part of its basic service.

- submit your written intervention to the Secretary General of the Commission (CRTC, Ottawa, K1A 0N2);
- your intervention must clearly indicate if you support of if you oppose the application and if you wish to appear at the public hearing, if such is the case;
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant on or before the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot take into consideration, nor can it be held responsible for postal delays;
