Aliant, MTS, TCI and SaskTel to show cause as to why they should not be subject to the winback rules provided for Bell Canada


2003/01/17 - Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-1 - In this decision, the Commission directs Aliant Telecom Inc., MTS Communications Inc., TELUS Communications Inc., and Saskatchewan Telecommunications to apply, in their respective operating territories, the winback rules prescribed for Bell Canada in Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-37, 27 June 2002. Reference: 8638-C12-65/02.

Description: Further to our letter of July 30, 2002, this constitutes the reply of the Independent Members of the Canadian Association of Internet Providers ("IMCAIP") to the submissions of Aliant Telecom Inc. ("Aliant"), MTS Communications Inc. ("MTS"), TELUS Communications Inc. ("TELUS"), and Saskatchewan Telecommunications ("SaskTel") regarding the application to them of the high-speed Internet winback rules set forth in the above-noted Decision ("the Decision").
