Update
CRTC 2020-383 - approved the acquisition by Radius Holdings Inc. of the assets of CKOO-FM.
CRTC 2022-286 - approved a new specialty (religious music) FM radio station proposed by United Christian Broadcasters Media Canada. Conditional upon receipt of written confirmation from International Harvesters that they do not intend to exercise their ability to launch the station approved in Decision CRTC 2018-461.
Administrative Decision L2024-0002 - approved a change in ownership and effective control of Radius Holdings Ltd. through the transfer of all of the shares held by the Paul Larsen Family Trust to Pattison Media Ltd. The transaction closed on 1 April 2024.
