RE: Follow-up to Telecom Decision 2017-57– Compliance with reporting requirements – Extension request
Dear Mr. Bishay and Mr. Slawner:
Commission staff is extending, by one day, the deadlines set out in its letter dated 4 April 2017 to Ice Wireless Inc. (Ice Wireless) and Rogers Communications Canada Inc.’s (RCCI) regarding compliance with Telecom Decision 2017-57.
Accordingly, the process associated with the above-mentioned proceeding is revised as follows:
- Ice Wireless is required to refile its report with the Commission, serving a copy onto RCCI, by no later than 5 p.m. EST on Friday 7 April 2017.
- Following receipt of Ice Wireless’ updated report, RCCI may file a response to Ice Wireless’ request for an extension of the 20 April 2017 deadline set out in paragraph 47 of Telecom Decision 2017-57 by 11 April 2017, serving Ice Wireless.
The filing of documents referenced in this letter is to be done using the secured service “My CRTC Account” (Partner Log In or GCKey), serving a copy on all parties copied with this letter.
