Dear Mr. Gauvin:

As indicated in our letter dated 24 March 2017 and in response to your request dated 28 February 2017, please find below aggregate call volume and expenditure data concerning the delivery of traditional Teletypewriter (TTY) and Internet Protocol (IP) relay services by various telecommunications service providers in Canada.
