RE:  Cogeco Tariff Notice 53, 53/A – Access Services Tariff – Corporate Reorganization

Dear Sir:

On 30 August 2016, the Commission received an application by Cogeco Communications Inc. (“Cogeco”) under Tariff Notice 53, in which Cogeco proposed to make revisions to its Access Services Tariff, to reflect the corporate reorganization of Cogeco’s telecommunications assets. On 12 September 2016, the Commission received Tariff Notice 53/A, consisting of additional revisions to the Access Services Tariff requested by Commission staff.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these applications.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt of the initial application. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
