Changes to procedure
Further to Empowering Canadians to protect themselves from unsolicited and illegitimate telemarketing calls, Compliance and Enforcement Notice of Consultation CRTC 2015-333, 23 July 2015, the Commission announces that the filing deadlines set out in paragraphs 16, 18, and 20, and Appendices 1 and 3 of that notice have been extended. The deadline to submit preliminary information has been extended to 23 October 2015. The deadline for submitting interventions for this proceeding has been extended to 4 December 2015. The deadline for the filing of final submissions from all parties has been extended to 11 January 2016.
