Re:  Review of wholesale services and associated policies, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-551 – Requests for Information pertaining to non-party wireless service providers

Dear Madams/Sirs:

On 31 July 2014, pursuant to the procedure set out in Review of wholesale services and associated policies, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-551, as amended,Footnote 1 the Commission issued a second round of interrogatories to various parties, as well as to several wireless service providersFootnote 2  (the WSPs) that were not parties to the proceeding.

This letter clarifies that the WSPs have not been made parties to the proceeding initiated by TNC 2013-551 and that those companies’ responses to the requests for information issued 31 July 2014 need not be served on parties to the proceeding. Furthermore, parties to this proceeding need not serve copies of their responses on the WSPs.

Should you have any questions regarding the above matter, please contact Philippe Kent at 819-953-4057.

Sincerely,
