Viewer’s Choice Canada (Eastern Canada) – Revocation of licence
1. Viewer’s Choice Canada Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the regional English-language general interest direct-to-home pay-per-view television programming undertaking known as Viewer’s Choice Canada authorized to serve various locations in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces).
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Viewer’s Choice Canada Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
