Re: Final offer arbitration (FOA) between Astral Media Inc. (Astral) and Vidéotron s.e.n.c. (Vidéotron)
Commission staff acknowledges receipt of the letters dated 16 August 2013 from Bell
Media Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc., on behalf of Vidéotron (the parties), in which the parties stated that they had reached affiliation and multiplatform agreements for all services addressed in the final offer arbitration (FOA) proceeding. Accordingly, the parties asked that the FOA be terminated.
In light of the above, Commission staff considers the file closed.
The staff thanks you for your continued cooperation in this matter.
