Terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertaking serving Toronto – Revocation of licence
1. 6922112 Canada Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertaking serving Toronto, Ontario, authorized in Class 1 terrestrial broadcasting distribution undertaking, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-128, 4 May 2007.
2. The licensee advised the Commission on 19 December 2012 that it has ceased operations.
3. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to 6922112 Canada Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
