This is in response to your recent inquiry as to the status of your application for an award of costs in the amount of $710.68 for your participation in the proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-77.
We apologize for the delay in responding to your application. It appears that, as your application was not filed using one of the methods described in the Guidelines on the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure, it was not properly processed and was only recently directed to the correct Commission staff.
I would note that it appears your application was served on the parties to the proceeding, but that no interventions were received.
On this basis, Commission staff will review your application in accordance with the Guidelines for the Assessment of Costs and present it to the Commission for a decision. It may take several weeks for a decision to be rendered.
