Various national and regional video-on-demand programming undertakings – Licence renewals and amendments – Correction

1. In paragraph 85 of Various national and regional video-on-demand programming undertakings – Licence renewals and amendments, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2012-292, 17 May 2012 (Broadcasting Decision 2012-292), the Commission set out certain directions for the licensee Videotron Ltd. and 9227-2590 Québec inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Videotron G.P. (Videotron), in regard to its video-on-demand programming undertaking serving Quebec and Ontario. In the French-language version of that decision, the Commission inadvertently inserted the phrase “quand au sous-titrage codé.”

2. Accordingly, the Commission corrects paragraph 85 of the French-language version of Broadcasting Decision 2012-292 by deleting the above-noted phrase. That paragraph shall now read as follows:

Secretary General

*This decision is to be appended to Videotron’s licence.
