Re: MTS Allstream Inc. – Application for revised rates for toll interconnection services

This is further to MTS Allstream Inc.’s application seeking revised rates for toll interconnection services from Télébec, Limited Partnership, and TELUS Communications Company in Quebec.

Section 28(1)a) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure states that the Commission may require a party to provide information, particulars or documents, as required.

Please provide the following information for the 12-month period ending 30 April 2011:

For each of the following services, the total revenues generated by the service from competing providers:

a. Direct connect service;
b. Access tandem connection service;
c. Carrier identification service; and
d. Primary interexchange carrier processing.

The above-mentioned information must be submitted no later than 26 May 2011.

A copy of this letter will form part of the public record of the proceeding.
