Further to Broadcasting Notices of Consultation 2011-675, 2011-675-1, 2011-675-2 and 2011-675-3, the Commission announces the following:

Additional information has been added to the public file, the deadline for the submission of interventions/comments/answers relating to this additional information is 7 December 2011, and the deadline for a reply by the applicant is 13 December 2011, for the following item only:

Miramichi and Blackville, New Brunswick
Application 2011-1243-2

Application by Miramichi Fellowship Center, Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language specialty commercial FM radio programming undertaking in Miramichi with an FM rebroadcasting transmitter in Blackville. The applicant currently operates the radio programming undertaking CJFY-FM Blackville and a transmitter in Miramichi. The applicant wishes to replace its current operation with the proposed undertaking.

The Commission notes that the additional information relates to amendments to the technical parameters originally submitted by the applicant. The amendments are the result of a notification from the Department of Industry (the Department) advising that the original parameters were not technically acceptable. The applicant has submitted a fully revised brief to the Department.
